Who would you rather have babysit your kids?
I hope with all my might for your kids’ sake that your initial reaction to this question is for your body to dry heave and then for you to run and check on your kids just to make sure they’re safe. Hypothetically though, if you had to choose, who would it be?
I feel like Amy Winehouse is the underdog in this one. I mean she has a naked lady tattoo on her arm for crying out loud. She smokes crack. She beats up her husband. The list goes on and on. Obviously Amy Winehouse is a huge mess. But here’s what scares me about Paris Hilton. Despite being the icon of materialism, glorying in alcohol abuse, having a DUI, going to prison, and making a sex tape…despite all this, she actually believes she is a positive role-model. This thought keeps me awake at night. That if I’m not careful, there’s a chance my kids will want to be just like Paris.
Now go hug your children and tell them everything is going to be alright.

This is the most difficult vote we have had to do thus far. For fear of the future of America, I had to go with Paris. You make a valid point on her ideas regarding her thoughts on being a positive role model. I think I might rather have a drug addict than a mini Paris.
Challenging decision though… we’ll let the polls decide.
I always vote for the under dog, and I would hope that Amy wouldn’t be too crazy with my kids since Stella knows most of her songs.
The best daycare ladies are British, so I’m going with Amy-Eye-Shadow.
This is a choice between FUN or FREAKIN’ SCARY.
If either of these two girls dropped a kid one would say “OMG oops” and the other would say “awesome do it again”.
Oh wait, if I don’t want my husband to sleep with the Nanny I should have picked Amy…dang it.
i agree hardest one yet. the funny thing is i keep thinking it through. hopefully i’ll never have to really make the decision.
At least Amy has a talent. Maybe she would teach Teagan how to sing and not take her to get crack and a tattoo.
I chose Paris and here is why:
I feel like Ms. HIlton is mostly unaware of her shortcomings and Amy embraces them. I picked Paris in hopes that her shenanigans are in good taste and not too outrageous, but if I left my kids with Amy I would fear for their lives.
Can I change my vote to Octomom?
Easy: Paris Hilton. Although you make many valid points about the dangers of the kids idolizing Paris, Amy Winehouse would just sell the kids for crack.
I’m going with Paris because when I get home from whatever I was doing and find out the atrocities she’s done, I could beat her silly which is all I really want in life. I’d like to beat Amy to but I think she’d like it.
